Audited Financial Statements

 

Pursuant to O.C.G.A. 34-9-388 (b), as a self-insured employer in Georgia, you are required to furnish a complete original bound copy of your company's audited financial statements to the Fund annually.

 

These audited financial statements must be a 10-K report and must contain three (3) years worth of information to include the following data:

 

1. Independent Auditors Report,

2. Balance sheet - two (2) years worth of information,

3. Income Statement,

4. Statement of cash flows,

5. Statement of stockholders' equity and

6. Notes to the financial statements.
